Here are some of the projects that we have worked on to give you a general idea of our capabilities.
In order to preserve our customers' anonymity, for security reasons, we have elected to omit their names on this public facing website. If you would like additional references we would be more than happy to give you them by phone or in person.
Professional Services
We have been entrusted to handle most of our customers' IT department, but for this particular company they are a unique and rapidly growing nationwide professional services franchise.
Some of the projects we have helped them with is containerizing their computing environment into a secured cloud environment, creating a secured mesh environment between all offices and data centers while eliminating wide area or Internet connectivity issues, distributed wireless networks, implementing company wide VoIP technology with Brady Bunch style video conferencing, implement strategic ECommerce websites, email campaigns, budgeting, business strategies, and more.
We have also steered them in the direction of a professional services management solution so they can more effectively manage their field services which created workflow efficiencies and revenue growth.
We are more than just break fix IT guys to them. We are one engine of several within their company that keep them moving forward.
Financial Advisors
We helped this one particular customer drastically improve their SEC compliance, moved them to a completely remote workplace, and was able to decommission their brick and mortar office.
As well, they were able to decommission their on-premises infrastructure as we moved all of their business processes into a financial institution compliant cloud environment. This also includes a cloud based file synchronization platform, a hosted Exchange system email collaboration system with full circle encryption, moving their application server into a cloud based solution, implement a VoIP system company wide, a remote management and monitoring solution with EDR behavioral based endpoint security, secured remote access when connecting to a public WiFi hotspot, and so much more.
We were able to accommodate their mobile and dispersed office lifestyle and not only allow them to have more functionality, but a better work/life balance.
Manufacturer
We have been working with this customer since 2016, acting as their outsourced level 2 and higher IT support. As well, as a higher level consultant to make sure they stay ahead of the curve and keep their business flowing smoothly.
Their IT infrastructure was 100% on-premises and everyone was spread out between 2 locations. At the beginning of COVID, the owners asked to have a meeting with me to discuss moving the office based employees to a remote workplace when they mandated all of their employees to stay home.
By the end of the week, they were working 100% remotely.
Now we are their outsourced IT department and in-house employees can concentrate on what they do best.
Parts Warehouse
We helped bring a new warehouse company live and hit their aggressive break even point goal within one year from start. The only thing we had to start off with was 130,000 parts in various storage facilities.
This extensive project included:

Discovery and securing 2 strategically located warehouses across the US

Assist in designing the office and warehouse floor plan.

Designing and implementing the entire back end computing platform including a VMWare IAAS cloud infrastructure along with a resilient on-premises infrastructure. In the event of any Internet, power, or network outage full productivity remains and at a palatable cost.

Working with Dell to lease all of their IT equipment at a very low rate to free up cash flow.

Design and implement a parts warehouse management solution with realtime inventory, barcode scanners, E-commerce website for ordering parts with pictures and realtime inventory info, sales tax nexus integration, accounting integration, shipping integration, and much more.
All of which was done remotely and in multiple states.
General Help
In addition to more complicated scenarios, we also have the ability to scale down and get real.
We have helped a long-retired dentist use a computer for the first time. This was a very interesting and incredibly rewarding project that started at the most rudimentary level... how to use the mouse.
In due time, this person is not only browsing the world and satisfying his curious mind, he is emailing, scanning old photographs, organizing and sharing electronic photo albums to family and friends around the world, connecting with old friends lost in time by Facebook, online dating, and more.
